This process will auto -regret candidates who do not meet specific vacancy requirements - before they reach the recruitersí inbox!
The screening/profiling criteria is based on any number of/ or all of the following;
1. Job category
2. Years experience - Total
3. Years Experience - Current Career Level
4. Employment Equity Requirements
5. Computer Packages
6. Qualifications (general e.g. degree and/or diploma or specific - Degree BSc Engineering)
7. Key word filter (e.g. a CRM Manager will fall under the Job Category Sales & Marketing by inserting the words CRM Customer Relationship Manager any C.V.ís that do not contain those words, will be auto-regretted)
Recruiters have the flexibility of selecting any of the above filtering criteria, and then a further selection of specifying whether any or all of the specific requirements need to be met, for example if a position requires either a Degree or Diploma, the filter criteria íAny of these requirements is acceptable is selected, as opposed to All of these requirements must be met. The same and/or functionality is applicable to Keyword, Qualifications and IT package requirements. Only candidates meeting the job vacancy requirements arrive in the Recruiterís inbox, saving vast amounts of time manually screening C.V. details to determine suitability for the post.
