Workplace Options, the largest provider of work-life employee benefits in America, today announced the acquisition of EAP Solutions, one of Irelandís leading providers of employee assistance and work-life services. This acquisition significantly expands WPOís European presence and international provider network.
EAP Solutions, based in Dublin, currently provides services to more than 55,000 employees throughout the Republic of Ireland. The new entity, Employee Advisory Resource Ireland, will serve over 100,000 employee lives.

EAR Ireland services will be marketed exclusively through an on-going partnership with Vhi Corporate Solutions, a subsidiary of Vhi Health - Irelandís largest health insurer.
The acquisition of EAP Solutions follows the July 2006 acquisition of London-based, Employee Advisory Resource.
