HRchitect, the leader in HR systems strategic consulting and the premier Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Management systems consulting firm, is on pace to finish 2008 with significant growth over 2007.
During the first half of 2008, HRchitect has posted 50% growth numbers over the same period in 2007. This increase largely stems from increased awareness in the marketplace of the need for a solid HR technology strategy and also the ever-changing software vendor landscape in the HR industry.
Notable new clients signed with HRchitect during the first two quarters of 2008 include 24 Hour Fitness; Axcan, Belron US Inc., Best Buy, California Pacific Medical, FM Global, GotVMail Communications, and Kelly Services. Numerous new projects were initiated for previous HRchitect clients including Barclays Global Investors, Enterprise Products Partners, Kindred Healthcare, OshKosh Corporation, and Sabre.
ìWe had a number of new projects initiated for previous clients during the first half of 2008,î said Matt Lafata, Director of Business Development. ìOur past clients continue to come back to us when additional HR technology and strategy needs arise. Weíre going to be there for the client before, during and after the project to ensure that their original needs have been fully met and be available in the future, should any new concerns develop.î
Performing individualized analysis as well as creating strategic business and technology plans tailored to the specific needs of each client is the central mission of HRchitect. This varies greatly to the ìcookie cutterî approach that is typically offered by other HCM consulting companies.
Educating the marketplace about industry trends is also an important part of HRchitectís overall mission. So far this year, HRchitect executives and consultants have participated in several presentations and webinars in the industry including ERE webinars, IHRIM Conference workshops and webinars for the Human Capital Institute.
In May, HRchitect published the first in a series of HCM Technology reality checks, titled The Suite Life of Integrated Talent Management. The main focus of The Suite Life is to provide readers with the real world perspective that has been gained through hundreds of software evaluation, selection and implementation projects conducted by HRchitect consultants over the past decade. The report is available for purchase on HRchitectís website (HRchitect.com).
HRchitect also launched a new blog, The Puzzling World of HR TechnologyÖ Solved by HRchitect. The blog covers everything from popular industry terms defined to current events and news in the HR technology community. Members of HRchitectís leadership team along with Senior Consultants are regular contributors to the blog.
Strategic hiring also supported HRchitectís strong growth, including that of Tiffany Appleby as Marketing Manager. Tiffany is responsible for all aspects of HRchitectís marketing such as overall branding, event planning including trade shows and user conferences, public relations, coordinating the creation of white papers and case studies, and other marketing-related activities. Appleby will also work directly with HRchitectís leadership team to further develop relationships with vendor partners, organizations and industry leaders.
ìWe have had a great start to 2008 and are even more excited about what lies ahead in the second half,î added Rick Fletcher, President and Founder of HRchitect. ìAs we move into the remainder of the year, the incredible group of individuals that make up HRchitect will continue to be one of the main differentiating factors between us and other consulting firms.î
Throughout the remainder of 2008, HRchitect will be exhibiting at numerous industry trade shows and user conferences, as well as conducting webinars throughout the year. Members of the leadership team will also be featured speakers on Talent Management Systems (TMS) and HR Systems Strategic Planning at several industry events.
