GCS, IT recruitment specialists, based in London and Reading, are delighted to announce the promotion of Paul Winchester, previously London Sales Manager, to a new role as UK Sales Manager for the whole company covering permanent and contract placements. The promotion and new role reflect the continuing expansion and development of GCS.
Paul, who is thrilled to take up the challenge, says his key responsibilities are to grow the UK sales turnover and increase net profit. Paul joined GCS in 2001 as the Team Leader of the fledgling four-member London Contracts Team. Under his leadership the team increased the number of contracts by over 450%. Paul also qualified to become a member of the coveted GCS Millionaireís Club ñ a club for consultants who bill more than 1m.
