According to Bruce, who is based in the UK, there is currently no method to successfully predict the impact that a new hire has on existing team members. While it is possible to test candidates for skills, aptitude and personality, none of these approaches guarantees good relationships or good fit between team members and newly appointed people.
His system provides a means to understand and more importantly, predict human relationships or ëpeople compatibilityí.
It is easy to see that there are many ways that 4G can be applied, and my focus on recruitment is just an obvious starting point. I would suspect that it is even more useful for retention.
