Veritude, a provider of talent acquisition, consulting and management services, today announced it has been selected by Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. (Goodwill), a non-profit organization that helps people transform their lives through work, to provide Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services.
Veritude will support Goodwillís internal staffing requirements for positions ranging from entry to director level. Veritudeís RPO program will include sourcing and recruiting candidates, as well as hiring new employees. In addition, Veritude will have an on-site recruiter at Goodwillís headquarters in Boston.
Goodwill serves individuals who face barriers to self-sufficiency, including physical and/or developmental disabilities, homelessness, low educational attainment, limited job skills and welfare dependency. Through job training, work programs, career services, youth outreach, and social enterprises, Goodwill helps to equip individuals with the tools necessary to secure employment in retail and business and create more rewarding and independent lives. In 2007, Goodwill served nearly 9,000 people and 265 communities in eastern and central Massachusetts.

Veritudeís RPO process ensures hiring practices are efficient and tailored to an organizationís needs. A number of critical components encompass Veritude's overall RPO strategy including requisition and recruitment management, candidate profile development, resume processing, candidate management, pre-screening and onboarding.
