Veritude Appoints Senior Executives To Support Sales And Client Management Initiatives

Veritude, a staffing services provider, has promoted Douglas Orciani to senior vice president of Client Service Delivery to enhance its focus on client support. In addition, the company hired Greg Demos as vice president of Sales in support of its sales force expansion initiative.

Orciani is responsible for overseeing Veritudeís client management and implementation services areas, while Demosí primary role is selling the companyís full suite of temporary and permanent staffing services. Both executives are based at Veritudeís headquarters in Boston.

Orciani most recently was the vice president of Operations and Implementation services at Veritude with responsibility for transitioning new clients to the company. Prior to that, he was vice president of Talent Acquisition at Veritude, in charge of identifying top professionals to fulfill clientsí staffing requirements. While at Veritude, Orciani has been recognized for his effective leadership skills and business accomplishments and has authored Veritude articles on best practices in talent management. Earlier in his career, he held senior level recruiting and sales roles at top-level staffing companies including Intelistaf Healthcare, Robert Half International and Sapphire Technologies. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Michaelís College in Vermont.

Demos joins Veritude from The Judge Group, a privately held staffing management company, where he was the vice president and director of Sales. During his more than 10 years at the Judge Group, Demos was the all-time top producer in revenue and profit. Since 2002, he was The Judge Groupís ìNumber One Producerî and earned the honor of ìSalesperson of the Yearî for five consecutive years. Demos holds a master of business administration from Bryant University and a bachelor of science from Boston University.
