VCG’s StaffSuite 4.8 Provides Time-saving Functionality

ATLANTA, GA - VCG, Inc. today announced the immediate availability of StaffSuite 4.8, a comprehensive solution that enables recruiters and staffing coordinators to reduce time-consuming administrative tasks and focus on revenue-generating activities. Major time-saving enhancements to the premier fully-integrated staffing software include Mass Field Updates and Mass Activity Completes.

A major challenge for recruiters and staffing coordinators is time management, said Peter Carlson, Vice President of Operations. The latest enhancements in StaffSuite 4.8 enable us to improve recruiter productivity. Now they can complete tasks in minutes that used to take several hours. StaffSuite 4.8 adds the Mass Field Update functionality to enable recruiters or staffing coordinators to click/select as many contingent employees as they want and update their start date with a single click.

Other Mass Field Updates can include pay rate, bill rate and more. Every Mass Field Update can be viewed as a historical record enabling any user to see what the original information was, what it was changed to and who changed it. All Mass Field Update functionality is permission-based.

Mass Activity Completes enables users to complete activities on the assignment level from the task list. For example, a recruiter could complete an Arrival Call activity for any number of contingent employees and simply click the Mass Completes button. Mass Activity Completes also creates a historical record and is permission-based.
