Macdonald will focus on the growth of US business and global markets, including enterprise clients in Asia. He brings more than 10 years of experience in consultative sales and business development to Valtera.
An Australian native, he began his career with a leading compensation consultancy in Sydney. Beginning in 1996, Macdonald expanded his global reach, focusing on high-tech, data-driven solutions that have helped organizations in Asia, Europe and North America attain measurable value from human capital initiatives. He now resides in Chicago, IL.
Before joining Valtera, he worked with Korn/Ferry International and ePredix, where he built relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Macdonald holds degrees from Flinders University and the University of California at Irvine, where he did graduate work in Political Science, Psychology and Economics.
