Unisys recognizes competitive advantages gained through outsourcing

Findlay, Ohio ñ The RightThing, Inc., an end-to-end provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), today announced they have signed a multi-million dollar contract for a three year term to provide RPO services to Unisys Corp. (NYSE:UIS), a world leader in technology solutions and services. The contract calls for The RightThing to manage hiring processes for more than 2,000 estimated annual hires in non-exempt and lower level exempt roles for Unisysí North American locations. Under the contract, Unisys will also transition a number of global recruiting employees to The RightThing.

A vital component to Unisysí success is its ability to effectively scale its hiring capacity to meet the staffing needs of new projects and expansion of existing projects. The need to accurately forecast the resources necessary to quickly and efficiently hire quickly was one of the prime reasons Unisys sought The RightThingís services.
