UCMS Group EMEA and CVO Group announces Human Resource collaboration

UCMS Group and CVO Group HR collaboration provides unique solutions for regional customers - from online recruitment services to integrated HR and Payroll customer portals and outsourcing services.

UCMS Group EMEA (ìUCMSî) and CVO Group (ìCVOî) today announced a business and technical collaboration agreement to provide the first regional online HR process covering a wide range of integrated solutions and services. CVOís leading CV-Online job portals and recruitment services integrated with UCMSí innovative web based HR and Payroll solutions provide customers with a wide range of services including:

Traditional and online recruitment services
Temporary staff recruitment and Out-staffing services
HR and Payroll on-demand software portal
HR and Payroll administration outsourcing services

The agreement signed today includes the following major elements:

Regional collaboration. The parties agreed on regional collaboration to share office and technology infrastructure within the Baltic States, Central and Eastern Europe. UCMS will amongst others, leverage CVOís offices in the Baltic States, Slovak, Czech Republic and Romania. CVO Group will on the other hand, roll out for internal use, UCMS Groupís HR and Payroll application on a regional basis commencing with its Simplika Subsidiary in Poland.

Regional recruitment services for UCMS Group customers. CVO Group has a wholly owned network of 8 offices across Central and Eastern Europe and will offer UCMS customers regional recruitment services. This includes both traditional and online recruitment and access to the regionís leading recruitment portal, CV-Online. With 900,000 registered users and over 400,000 CVs in its database, CV-Online provides access to more than 700,000 jobseekers every month.

Simplika, the groupís temporary recruitment division, provides its customers access to contractors in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

CVO Groupís specialist recruitment agencies ñ CVO Finance, CVO Sales and Marketing and CVO Technology ñ source candidates in the banking and finance, IT and engineering, and sales and marketing fields.

BPO Services and SaaS Solutions for CVO Group customers. UCMS will provide regional Payroll and HR Administration software solutions and outsourcing services to CVO Group customers. For seamless delivery of these services and technology, the CVO recruitment portal is to be fully integrated to the UCMS HR and Payroll software solutions.

Customers can choose to outsource their entire HR and Payroll administration functions to UCMS who will be responsible for all ongoing data maintenance and processing. However, for companies that prefer to administer their own HR and Payroll functions, UCMS provides a Software-as-a-Service solution, whereby HR personnel can administer their own Payroll processing remotely without the need to acquire and install in-house hardware, software and networks. This service is provided on a subscription basis, which over time, provides significant cost savings.

Customers can also get the benefits of both worlds by choosing a combination of BPO and SaaS, This is achieved by keeping some functions in-house the using SaaS ëSelf Serviceí functions, whilst outsourcing other functions such as the monthly payroll and taxation processing.
