Two more of Aston Taylor's Consultants have recently been promoted - Senior Search Consultant Sarah Hill has been promoted to Managing Consultant and Search Consultant Annika Eade has made the move to Senior Search Consultant.
Hill began at the company as a Trainee Consultant in 2004, and expressed her pleasure at the news. It's really great that I've been given the support of everyone in the company right from day one and I couldn't have done it without them. Annika Eade, recently shortlisted for Consultant of the Year 2007, was also understandably delighted. I'm really thrilled. I hadn't expected to get so far having so quickly, having only been with Aston Taylor a year.
As Managing Consultant, Hill is in charge of a team of five people, while Eade holds the company record for the highest fee received from a single placement - further proof of Aston Taylor's belief in a true meritocracy where people are promoted on merit.
