Trinity Mirror plc acquires The Career Engineer Limited

Trinity Mirror plc is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Career Engineer Limited, an online job board specialising in the engineering profession. It was acquired for an initial consideration of 1.9m and a deferred consideration of up to 400k, which is wholly conditional on the achievement of specified operating targets over the next 12 months.

The Career Engineer will form part of the growing Trinity Mirror Digital Recruitment portfolio, which includes specialist market-leading job boards GAAPweb (finance and accountancy), SecsintheCity (secretarial and office), TotallyLegal (lawyers) and The Hotonline Network (a network of over 40 niche jobsites).
