Travis Software Corp announced the Spring 2008 upgrade of its WebCOBRA.com system

Travis Software Corp., a market leader of advanced employee benefits software, announced today the Spring 2008 upgrade of its WebCOBRA.com system. The new version offers more enhanced features, including expanded API, sub-domains, and coupon enhancements.

For the past year, Travis Software customers have used the WebAPI Application Programming Interface to access their data from the system in order to run custom reports, refresh local systems with status updates, and more. In the Spring 2008 Release of WebCOBRA.com, WebAPI has been expanded to include new fields and a new table that will provide greater access to data. In addition to the expanded WebAPI, Travis Software has also added a Relational API feature that enables customers to download full copies of their data. Relational API is intended for in-house IT personnel and programmers to use in order to run or format custom reports, integrate outside systems, and manage databases.

Logging in to WebCOBRA.com just got easier with the ability to create sub-domains for each customer. Our customers can now create their own branded URL at http://yourcode.webcobra.com. Users, and clients, will no longer have to remember the ADMIN code; they will simply link to your website and log right in with a username and password.

The WebCOBRA.com Spring '08 Release has made administrating coupons simpler by giving customers the option to send coupons to QBs who are affected by a rate change. In addition, customers now also have the option to print a cover letter that can be sent out with coupons.

The new Relational API, the expansion of the WebAPI, together with the other new features in the Spring í08 Release, make it the strongest version of WebCOBRA.com ever, said Alan Williams, Travis Software Founder and President.

The Spring '08 Release was installed to WebCOBRA.com without any interaction on the userís part, and is now available to use. WebCOBRA.com is available 24/7; last year it featured a service level history of 99.9% uptime. Other enhancements include: sending manual letters by name, system integrator reports, the ability for client administrators to create companies, users void premium advancements, SSN searches, and much more.
