Travis Software Corp., a market company of Advanced Employee Benefits Software Administration and provider of the WebCOBRA.com system, announced today the availability of WebCOBRA.com’s February ’06 Release. The new version offers more than 100 enhanced features, including highly-requested features such as Client Invoicing, Premium Disbursements, Reimbursements, and Personalized Web Pages.
With this newly enhanced version, WebCOBRA.com adds numerous enhancements to assist with COBRA Premiums and Billing. The new Premium Disbursement Process allows for the management of sponsor/carrier cash receivables and payables. The Premium Disbursement feature is easily processed via a wizard much like the rest of the system. Also taking the form of a wizard is the all-new Client Invoicing feature, which provides everything the WebCOBRA user needs to bill their client/employers for administrative services.
The February ’06 Release is about giving our users the tools to help run their business, says Alan H. Williams, founder and President of Travis Software Corp. Our users can invoice their clients using unique formulas, including adding and waiving charges; in addition, they can now use the Premium Disbursement to handle cash outflows to the Sponsor of each Benefit Plan.
Not only will TPAs be able to invoice their Client/Employers but they will be able to provide them with personalized web pages upon their logging in. Both Client/Employers and Qualified Beneficiaries may log in and view a web page similar to the Client/Employer’s with their uploaded logo and color scheme. With these personalized web pages, TPAs can demonstrate how a Client/Employer can log into the system and view the employees, QBs and the status of their records. In addition, TPAs can reveal how the QB can log into the tailored web page to see their own record to perform address changes, see their status, as well as see if their payments have been received.
February ’06 leverages the WebCOBRA.com platform and gives our clients the ability to brand the website to match their logos and compliment their color scheme, adds Williams. Even the smallest TPA can provide a word-class system that the largest clients would be proud to extend access to their Qualified Beneficiaries.
The February ’06 Release is available now. Other enhancements include Automatic QB Login information, Ownership of Groups of Client/Employers, enhanced Healthcare Reimbursement Account functionality, Auto-Emailing of Reports, USERRA as an event type, Bar-Coding, Gross Misconduct and much more.
