TMP Worldwide Wins Ten Awards at Web Marketing Associations WebAwards

Receives Three Outstanding Website, Seven Standard of Excellence Awards

Monster Worldwide, Inc. global supplier of human capital solutions, including the leading global online careers property Monster(R), today announced that its Advertising & Communications unit captured ten awards at the 2004 WebAwards hosted by the Web Marketing Association.

Now in its 7th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual award competition that judges website development against peer sites within their industry.

TMP Worldwide won three Outstanding Website Awards, including one for its Competition For Your Imagination site, developed on behalf of Northrop Grumman; one for a career site developed for Catholic Healthcare West; and one for its Centennial of Flight micro site developed on behalf of the Air Force Reserve.

TMP Worldwide also captured three Standard of Excellence Awards for a variety of recruitment-related micro sites developed for the Air Force Reserve, including wins for its Touring Car Racing micro site, Officer Accession micro site, and Air Show Events micro site.

TMP Worldwide also won four Standard of Excellence Awards for other projects, including careers sites developed on behalf of the U.S. Department of State, a recruitment site developed for TrinityCare Hospice and a Defining the Future site developed for Northrop Grumman.
