TheLadders.co.uk launches premium service for recruiters

And becomes the most popular executive recruitment site

TheLadders.co.uk, the UKís leading career site for senior executives today announces the launch of RecruitLadder Premium, a new suite of online services tailored to the needs of major recruiters.

RecruitLadder Premium gives recruiters access to one of the only sources of pre-screened qualified executive talent in the UK, a talent member base which currently totals in excess of 110,000 senior executives. As well as advanced search functionality, RecruitLadder Premium also offers cross-referencing capabilities, storage of member details for future reference and the flexibility to be integrated into existing talent management systems.

In less than six months, the site has overtaken its major rivals to deliver the highest traffic levels in the marketplace. June also saw TheLadders.co.uk launch its first UK offline advertising campaign.
