TheLadders.co.uk the UK's leading search and selection site for senior executives has strengthened its management team with the appointment of monster.co.uk Sales Director Derek Pilcher to the position of UK Managing Director.

TheLadders.co.uk which specialises in career services and positions for the 50k executive has appointed Pilcher to spearhead the next stage of the Ladders.co.uk growth. In particular, Pilcher will direct the introduction, implementation and rollout of TheLadders.co.uk's new suite of services which will be aimed at the UK's top recruiters.

Pilcher spent almost 5 years in Sales Leadership positions at Monster before then establishing a separate business line to accelerate Monster's growth into the UK Public Sector arena.
