TheLadders.co.uk has appointed Jean-Michel Boujon as Marketing Manager with a brief to develop new strategies and campaigns targeting senior executives.

TheLadders.co.uk, the UKís leading search and selection site for senior professionals, launched in beta phase last summer with an official launch in January 2008. Already, the site boasts over 80,000 registered members from major corporations to senior executives looking for a new opportunity. Boujon will work alongside General Manager, Sarah Drew to develop a strategy for acquisition and retention of quality jobseekers (the site offers senior executives posts of 50,000 plus). He will also be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and all CRM.

Boujon joins TheLadders.co.uk from internet site easyroommate.com where he was Director. Boujon started his career at LíEst Republicain as Editor of the Cultural Section and held a number of positions in media before joining TNS Sofres as Brand Management Consultant. He moved to New York in 2004 to join easyroomate.com and moved to the UK to take up his role with TheLadders.co.uk in March.
