Northgate HR has announced that The University of Manchester, the largest university in the UK, is to invest 970,000 over five years in a fully integrated HR and payroll (HRP) solution provided by the company.
The Victoria University of Manchester recently merged with the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), forming the countryís largest university, with almost 32,000 students. Northgate HRís ResourceLink product will be used to automate personnel, payroll, recruitment, web recruitment, training, health and safety, expenses and P11d administration for all 10,000 staff at the newly formed University. Employee self-service and manager self-service Intranet technology will be introduced through the implementation of ResourceLinkís My View module.
