Staff from 3Cís ROI Academyô will be showing exactly how much their training is worth in July when they take part in Race for Life 2008 in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Hedda Bird (Managing Director), Helen Eades and Sandra North will be running 5km around Readingís Prospect Park with 3000 other women. They have set themselves a target to raise 1000 in sponsorship.
