The born Job Advertising Index Launches

The born Job Advertising Index, a new independent metric which tracks the volume of job advertising on UK based job sites, is launched

The born team are pleased to announce the launch of their latest information product for the online recruitment industry, the born Job Advertising Index. The born Job Advertising Index is an independent metric which measures and tracks the volume of job advertising on job sites in the UK market.

The born Job Advertising Index is independently generated by the born team using information collated from a growing number of leading UK based job boards. A detailed monthly analysis of the index and a selection of supporting data analysis tools are available in the born labs, a new area of the born web site. Via the labs, users will be able to identify seasonal trends in online job advertising, compare job board advertising volumes and identify advertising patterns.

To accompany the index, the born team have developed a selection of widgets for use by the blogger and journalistic communities. Available via the born labs, these widgets allow users to access graphs of online job advertising levels and charts comparing job board volumes, for use in blog posts.

Currently in public beta, and in line with the company's existing information products, the born Job Advertising Index, its widgets and its data analysis tools are available at no charge.
