Iím sure that the Association of Business Psychologists conference will of interest to a number of your readers as the conference content is particularly relevant to those with an interest in this field. Most recruiters use a wide range of psychological tools in their assessment of candidates and may share other interests with our delegate base which includes consultants, trainers, coaches, learning and development and human resources practitioners, recruiters, assessors, etc.
For example, Iím a member of the Association and a volunteer on the conference committee, but my full time job is Recruitment Assessment at PricewaterhouseCoopers. PwC use online recruiting tools as well as online tests.
