The annual National Incentive & Motivation Week, promoting incentives, promotions and motivation, will take place from 21-26 February 2005.
The week highlights the benefits that a successfully targeted promotional marketing or employee motivation campaign can bring to UK businesses, boosting performance and profits.
Among the notable events during the week will be Incentive World 2005, the industryís premier event, and the announcement of the 2005 Motivator of the Year.

Motivator of the Year 2005
One of the highlights of National Incentive and Motivation Week will be the announcement of the ëMotivator of the Year 2005.í The 2004 winner was Sir Clive Woodward, whose management of the England team to World Cup victory has been truly inspirational to people from all walks of life. Clive was International Rugby Board Coach of the Year 2003, BBC Coach of the Year 2003 and is UK Coach of the Year 2004. In 2003 it was Sly Bailey of The Mirror Group, who epitomised how both personal and team motivation produces results.
The Award will recognise an individual who is an outstanding achiever in a business, personal or charity capacity. The winner will be presented with the Award and a cheque for 500 from Incentive World 2004/Reed Exhibitions for the charity of their choice. The search for the 2005 winner is now underway.
Incentive World 2005
Incentive World 2005, taking place at Earls Court, London on 22-25 February is one of the key events during National Incentive & Motivation Week. Around 400 of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors will be showcasing thousands of new and exciting products and services ideal for promotional marketing, incentive or motivation initiatives. In addition, there will be an innovative and inspiring seminar programme delivered by thought-provoking speakers and illustrated with real-life case studies focusing on driving sales, attracting customers and rewarding employees. The seminars will be free and open to all visitors and exhibitors to attend.
National Incentive & Motivation Week was initiated two years ago by Incentive World, which is organised by Reed Exhibitions and is supported by the promotional marketing industryís key trade associations; The Institute of Sales Promotion (ISP), the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) and the Voucher Association.
