Test Campaigns Find the Missing Link

Fast-growing software provider The Test Factory has added a unique feature to enhance its on-demand solution

Fast-growing software provider The Test Factory has added a unique feature to enhance its on-demand solution.

The Test Factoryís innovative online software enables blue-chip clients to create their own questions and tests to aid recruitment, training, customer service and compliance.

The technology is a first in the industry, allowing users to create a web address for authored tests, so they can be accessed anytime from web pages.

Managing Director Kevin Beales is launching the feature, ëTest Campaignsí, at the Online Recruitment exhibition in London on the 3rd June.

He highlighted some of the opportunities this exclusive feature provides. ìBy just adding a link to adverts on a jobs board, clients can assess candidates with the right skills for each role before they have even reviewed a CV.

ìParticularly for roles such as technical positions, this ensures that time is spent with candidates who have demonstrated the appropriate skills required, saving huge amounts of time and money.î

The Test Factory application also provides detailed analysis of applicantsí performance, comparing candidates and highlighting individual strengths and weaknesses; such as recording the time spent on every question.

Head of Client Services Lizzie Withington added: ìIt literally takes clients minutes to author their own questions and test for individual roles, and can now add a link anywhere online to register and assess candidates.

It is not only online recruitment that ëTest Campaignsí have enabled. ìOne client has already used this new feature to add customer service accreditation to their intranet site and encourage employees to earn accreditation at their leisure,î Lizzie added.

ëTest Campaignsí are the first enhancement to the recently launched version 2 of the application, whose arrival has been lauded by clients and prospects alike.
Kevin said: ìWe have developed this feature following feedback from our clients, who increasingly use online recruitment to source candidates.î
