Talent Technology ranked among Deloitte Technology Fast 50

Talent Technology Ranked the 29th Fastest Growing Technology Company in Canada in the 2008 Deloitte Technology Fast 50

Talent Technology Corporation, an award-winning provider of applicant tracking software and component recruiting technology, today announced that it is ranked among the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Canada, based on the percentage of revenue growth over five years.

For over a decade, the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program has tracked the successful growth of Canadian-grown global leaders. Now Canadaís pre-eminent technology award program, the Technology Fast 50 augments the broader Deloitte North American Technology Fast 500, with winners automatically eligible for this elite ranking.

Jade Bourelle, Chief Executive Officer, noted, ìWith the availability of skilled employees becoming tighter and tighter, employers are seeking better ways to find, attract, screen and hire the best candidates. The pressure for speed and efficiency in hiring is the responsibility of both companies and the recruiters they retain – and both are our customers.î

ìCanadian technology companies have some of the highest revenue growth in North America, while playing in some of the worldís largest, most competitive and exciting market sectors,î explains Ruffolo. ìOutstanding companies such as Talent Technology demonstrate the incredible business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit that fuel the Canadian technology industry.î

To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least five years, have revenues of at least $5 million, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary technology, and conduct research and development activities in Canada. A panel of industry experts evaluates and judges companies based on four key criteria: competitive advantage, size, growth, and market attractiveness; management effectiveness and organization; and financial performance.
