Suzanne Miller has been promoted to the newly created role of head of organisational development, covering FPSG and all its subsidiaries. Listed 48th in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 of Britainís fastest growing companies, Suzanne will be responsible for managing FPSGís continued internal development through its people and their performance.
This will be achieved through creation and implementation of best practice HR processes, proprietary learning & development workshops and the creation of a coaching culture all of which support the unique FPSG ethos.
