StepStone Delivers Online Solution to Streamline Recruitment for Investor Network

StepStone Solutions announced today that Novare, a Swedish HR solutions company, has launched a technology based recruitment solution, powered by HireEnterprise, that will enable it to streamline the recruiting of quality candidates for companies within the Investor network. The contract is for a period of up to 4 years, with a total potential value in excess of Ä400,000.

Initially the online solution has been rolled out to the Swedish holding company Investor, at Novare itself and to one of Novareís clients. This represents a total of five separate recruitment sites each supporting both Swedish and English languages.

The StepStone solution will make it easier for Novare Recruitment to find top-class candidates, build relationships and improve the quality of its candidate community. At the same time, the solution will streamline recruitment administration, which accounts for a sizeable part of the workload for recruitment businesses.
