StepStone, provider of e-recruitment software and services, today announced the appointment of Michael Lazik and Rolf Bezemer as Country Sales Managers for the Solutions business in Germany and the Benelux, respectively.
With considerable years of experience in sales and business development in the Human Resource (HR) industry, Michael Lazik will lead the StepStone sales team in Germany. Lazik joins StepStone from Jobpartners, where he was Sales Director in Central Europe. Prior to this, he held senior sales management roles at ADP Employer Services, a payroll and HR administration service, and VEDA, a provider of HR software.
An expert in HR and talent management software, Rolf Bezemer will be in charge of cultivating and maintaining key accounts for StepStone in the Benelux as well as expanding the customer base in these markets. Prior to joining StepStone, Bezemer was involved in the international expansion of MrTed in Asia and Eastern Europe. Previously, he was an international sales manager for Aon Corporation, a global insurance broker.
