Stephanie Weiss, Trainer & Recruiting Specialist, AIRS
Stephanie started her recruitment career at Lockheed Martin as the Intern Program Manager who recruited entry level candidates of all specialties and across the spectrum from non-technical to technical. She eventually moved over to experienced professional recruitment where she took great pleasure in finding highly cleared engineers of all disciplines for multiple sites. She discovered true satisfaction through creating the social media strategy for the leadership association within Lockheed Martin, and training her fellow recruiters on the newest technologies and search methodologies. Stephanie holds a BS in Psychology and a MS in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University. She is looking forward to working with you on your next search, and connecting with you in class.
