Specialist HR consultancy Cubiks appoints new UK Country Manager

Cubiks, the specialist HR consultancy, have announced the appointment of a new UK Country Manager as it enters a major period of growth and development.

Adrian Binfield joins Cubiks from Penna Consulting where he held the position of Head of Organisation Development. He specialises in working with Board and senior management teams to help them articulate and implement pragmatic, value-driven and business-focussed Human Resource initiatives.

The appointment of Adrian signals the acceleration of Cubiks’ growth as an independent organisation following the completion of a partial Management Buy-Out from former parent company PA Consulting Group in April of this year. Since its establishment in January 2000, Cubiks has quickly developed an outstanding reputation for the design and delivery of online assessment systems that help employers to tackle personnel selection, development, performance management and retention issues.
