Softscape announced that the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria selected Softscapeís people management platform to enhance its employee performance and development processes while preparing for future growth worldwide.
With active programs in 136 countries, the Global Fund is a unique global public/private partnership dedicated to dramatically increasing resources to prevent and treat HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria and directing those resources to areas of greatest need. With approved grants of US$10.1 billion, the Global Fund already provides more than 20 percent of international funding to fight AIDS, as well as two-thirds of international funding to fight malaria and tuberculosis. Because the Global Fund's ability to support the expansion of proven interventions will depend entirely on its ability to raise additional funding in the future, it relies greatly on its skilled team of financiers.
