Soflow Limited Appoints New CFO

Former uDate CFO is Third uDate Executive to join Online Business Network

Soflow Limited, the online business network announces that it has appointed former uDate.com Inc. executive, Mike Brocklesby as Chief Financial Officer.

36 year old Brocklesby joins his former uDate colleagues, Martin Clifford and Mel Morris at the company.

Mikeís role is critical in the development of the online business network as it moves through its funding round and delivers on a global marketing and distribution strategy in place for 2005. As CFO of uDate.com, Mike was responsible for the financial function and the companyís public reporting requirements.

Prior to uDate.com, Mike was Assistant Finance Director at the Nottingham Post Group (part of Northcliffe Newspapers). Mikeís career has also included senior positions with JCB and Coal Investments plc. He is a Chartered Accountant who began his career with KPMG in Nottingham.

Beta-launched in July 2004, Soflow is a new entrant into the online business networking market which has seen rapid growth in the US and Europe over the last twelve months and is tracking the success of the (FOAF*) social networking market which currently boasts over 15million users globally.

Mike Brocklesby joins a seven strong senior management team at Soflow which brings together the three former uDate.com executives with co-founders Robert Loch and Paul Birch, and Executives Olivier Travers and Oli Barrett.
