Through the use of the latest in cutting edge technology Sodexo’s new Careers Centre will enable the company to recruit the best talent from within and externally. Internal and external jobseekers too will have an enhanced experience with the ability to manage their profile on the system and taking part in groups, forums and discussions in the community section of the system.

TribePad also allows Sodexo to leverage social media by supercharging the way their jobs are published to the web and social channels. It will enable Sodexo to build real talent communities by being able to engage with present and future jobseekers in a personalised way.

Each potential candidate can not only access the job application status for which they are applying, the system automatically flags to them other potential roles which may be of interest to them giving them a similar experience to online retailers . For each application the candidate is able to track where they are in the process and will alert them to any action required.
