Society for human resource management selects Taleo to manage recruitment

Taleo, a leading provider of enterprise talent management services and solutions, yesterday announced that The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) selected its Enterprise Talent Management Solutions for the recruitment and staffing of its volunteer members. SHRM is the worldís largest association devoted to human resource management, representing more than 190 000 members through 500 affiliated chapters in more than 100 countries.

SHRM selected Taleo to manage the recruitment, selection and staffing processes for its volunteer members to more accurately match interested and qualified members with available volunteer opportunities. With Taleoís solutions, SHRM will post volunteer openings on its website for members to access, browse, and post a profile for consideration for upcoming opportunities. In turn, SHRM staff can then locate and assign qualified members interested in specific positions, in specific geographies, with certain skills and experiences, through Taleo solutions.
