Celebrating five years of success Smart Group Recruitment Solutions recently welcomed staff to a celebratory 5 Year anniversary BBQ in the stunning surroundings of the Harbour Heights Hotel in Poole, Dorset.

Established in April 1999, Smart Group Recruitment Solutions has evolved into a business with 30 specialist consultants boasting 100 years combined experience. This, along with their recent expansion programme to include four new appointments, goes a long way towards explaining why Smart Recruitment is now probably the largest independent agency in Dorset.

Pearcy Personnel, located at 39 Bargates, Christchurch will be added to Smart Groups existing branch network of Bournemouth, Poole and Dorchester. ìWe firmly believe Pearcy Personnel clients and candidates will benefit from the additional resource Smartís branch network is able to offer. Plus the addition of a branch in Christchurch extends our branch network giving our clients and candidates even greater resource, adding value, opportunity and perhaps most importantly providing a more powerful tool for their recruitment needsî states Helen.

With branches now in Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole and Dorchester, Smart Group cover Weymouth to the New Forest and all locations in between. The recruitment of additional staff has led to office expansion, seeing Smart Recruitment taking over the 2nd floor at their Poole offices which enjoy a high street location.
