Simplysalesjobs.co.uk, UK-based sales industry specialist job boards have been short listed in the category ëBest Online Advertí at the 2006 Onrec awards.

The nomination is a culmination of 12 months hard work for the marketing team at Simply Online Services Ltd, the parent company of Simplysalesjobs.co.uk and Simplymarketingjobs.co.uk, as MD Ian Partington explains ëWhen we first set up our sites we outsourced all of our online marketing activity which served itís purpose, but it became evident after this time that if we were to take the business forward then we would have to take the marketing in-house. We have now got excellent natural listings in all of the major search engines which are backed up by Pay per Click advertisements. To complement the search engine marketing, we have also run targeted campaigns on complementary websites such as Onrec.com which has meant that our traffic levels have increased 300% on the sales site and 240% on the marketing site year on year, and we now have over 19,000 jobseekers registered on the sales site alone, which at present levels is increasing by an average of 2500 per monthí
