SHL increases quality and speed of recruitment in 3M with online platform

The initial stages of the process in the system are managed by PPS

3M United Kingdom PLC, a leading edge global manufacturing company has optimised its graduate and industrial placement recruitment with an online platform including content from SHL, the global company in objective assessment. Over 1,200 applicants have accessed the new system which allows 3M to attract and select the best graduate talent in a more objective and efficient way. The initial stages of the process in the system are managed by PPS, a specialist candidate pre-selection company, using SHL online testing, applicant tracking and candidate management modules.

Jenny Crespo, human resources manager at 3M, commented: SHLís online recruitment services are now an established part of the way we recruit graduates and placements at 3M.
