EPSO's core mission is to provide a professional staff selection service on behalf of the European Union Institutions. EPSO has been a leading organisation in the deployment of online testing to ensure that the talent recruited to the EU meets its needs, and SHL is now pleased to offer EPSO the capability of extending its assessments to cover behaviours essential to the EU's mission at a critical time in the EU's development.
These new behavioural assessments draw on SHL's international experience of delivering valid and credible assessment solutions to clients worldwide, and this project will not only support EPSO in meeting its own client needs but will also represent a significant step in the application of psychometric science in delivering an assessment solution in a multi-language and pan geographical context.
