UK ICF Coaching Conference : Bristol : June 19th 2008

UK ICF Coaching Conference : Bristol : June 19th 2008

Following the success of similar conferences held in 2007, the UK ICF (International Coach Federation) is organising its next conference to be held at the Bristol Zoo conference centre in Bristol on June 19th. The conference is the third event in the series ëEvolving the Coaching Conversation in Partnershipí in which a diverse audience of UK ICF members, ICF Approved Coach Training Providers (ACTPís) and corporate buyers of coaching services come together to share and develop best practice in this emerging profession.

The keynote speakers at this event are:-

ï Sally Bonneywell, VP Organisational Development, Global Manufacturing and Supply at Glaxo SmithKline

ï Elizabeth Crosse, Head of Learning Development at the Legal Services Commission

Sally and Elizabeth will be exploring various aspects of designing and implementing a coaching culture in their respective organisations. How is this process started? How can you make it sustainable? How are the business benefits measured?

ìThe UK ICF has been successful in creating a ëconversation-placeí rather than a ëmarket-placeí throughout this series of conferences. We are looking forward to another inspiring event where all participants feel able to discuss topics in an open atmosphere made ësafeí by the ICFís strong ethics and professionalismí comments Halina Jaroszewska, UK ICF Director of Professional Development.
