May the 18th 2007 may not sound like an auspicious date ñ but none the less it marks a watershed in the growth and development of two companies. On Friday the 18th of May First Choice Software Ltd and Select Education entered into an agreement that will see the UKís premier recruiter in the Education sector embrace .Net as its front office environment of choice by signing up for First Choice Softwareís RDB ProNet product.

Select Educationís e-Business Director, Lee Smith, and his team spent more than a year looking, in depth, at over 100 recruitment software products before making the relatively easy decision to purchase ProNet. Mo Tahir, the UK Applications Manager, and the man most responsible for defining the criteria on which the software was to be judged confirmed that ProNet ticked all the boxes and offered so many unique features and benefits that it wasnít really a hard decision.
