Savills retain employer of choice status

Savills has retained its employer of choice status in the property sector for 2008, according to a survey by Target Jobs. The international property company has been ranked in first place for the third consecutive year, and since the survey started in 2006.

Target Jobs employer of choice survey gives an insight into brand perception through addressing undergraduates from more than 100 universities across the UK. Savills graduate programme beat Knight Frank and CB Richard Ellis, who took second and third place respectively for the second year in a row.

Jeremy Helsby, group chief executive, says: ìThis award is significant as it is the opinion of those graduates who we would like to work with. It is due in no small part to the dedicated staff from across all sectors of the business, who work not only to promote the scheme and recruit the right people but also to support them on their APC journey, that we have achieved this significant title again.î
