Sales Recruitment Specialist Sells 70% Stake to Vedior

Pareto Law, which was voted best Sales Recruitment Agency at this year's National Sales Awards, has just announced that it has sold 70% of its business to Vedior for an undisclosed sum.

Vedior is one of the worldís largest recruitment companies with offices spanning Europe, North America, Australasia, Asia, South America and Africa - it is a leader in the provision of professional/executive recruitment in sectors such as information technology, healthcare, accounting, engineering and education.

Pareto Law currently recruits and trains some 1600 graduates a year for positions with blue-chip clients including Barclays, Whyte & Mackay and Johnson & Johnson, while its training programmes offer cutting-edge courses for new and experienced sales personnel.

With sales of 8.5million in the last financial year, Pareto Law employs over 100 people at its offices in Cheshire, London, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds and Crawley. A dedicated new training centre was opened by the company last year, which will double capacity, while it is also investing in prestigious new offices to underpin the continued growth of the company. The new agreement will see founders and directors Jonathan Fitchew and Andrew Sawer retain 30% of the business and continue to manage the business operations.
