Rullion Announces Recruitment Sector Review

HR and procurement expert embarks on comprehensive sectorial review

Rullion Solutions, the consulting arm of Rullion Group has announced that it is to embark on a review of recruitment services in the United Kingdom.

The review, to take place in October, will identify current trends within the HR and Procurement sectors and predict future changes.

The research seeks to explore 2012’s most pressing issues, notably the UK’s volatile economic climate and the consequences this is having on HR and procurement professionals. The research will also identify the impact of new technologies in an increasingly global HR and procurement market.

Rullion Solutions Director, James Saoulli, explained: “We want to take a representative snapshot of the current challenges that senior HR and procurement professionals face. This industry moves at an incredible pace and this research is going to highlight the major trends that the sector has encountered in 2012 in order to look ahead to the next twelve months.”

"We are carrying out this survey for two main reasons. Firstly, the impact the harsh economic environment is having on HR and procurement is an interesting one. From speaking with our clients on a daily basis, we are seeing a wide range of approaches being used to address short, medium and long- term strategic planning.

"Secondly, from experience, we are aware of the constant evolution of the HR and procurement sectors. Stakeholders at all levels are affected by changes in government legislation, technological improvements and strategic decision making.”

Rullion Solutions Managing Director, Alistair Haigh, explained “Rullion has clients across a number of sectors.  This research gives us an opportunity to identify the bigger picture and contextualise the larger issues along with our years of experience and sectorial expertise and intelligence.

“Rullion Group is passionate about forming and leading the conversation around the HR and Procurement sectors. We know how quickly these sectors evolve and through this research, we want to help drive that evolution.”
