www.rugby-jobs.com, the niche jobsite for rugby union and rugby league, this week added its first Chief Executive role to its job listings.

London Wasps have this week posted the job vacancy onto rugby-jobs.com as well as that for a Finance Controller. David Davies, the current Chief Executive of Wasps started using rugby-jobs.com when they launched in late 2006.

Wasps have to date posted a variety of roles from coaching to commercial and retail to media with rugby-jobs.com and they are one of many Guinness Premiership clubs and local rugby clubs to use the new site to advertise job vacancies across any department.

Rugby-jobs.com launched in November 2006 and specialises in jobs in rugby clubs, rugby camps and schools and with the gamesí governing bodies.

Efrem Leigh from rugby-jobs.com has also been busy adding new features to the website to enhance the service on offer to employers and jobseekers.

New features for jobseekers will include a global player pool for rugby players from around the world to use to register and find jobs at local or elite level. Rugby Clubs will then be able to search a global pool of rugby union and rugby league players to find new recruits! The Welsh Exiles have been using rugby-jobs.com to find players of Welsh origin who are outside of Wales to come play back in their home country!

Employers can now upload files to their accounts with rugby-jobs.com and link to them when posting jobs so they can allow jobseekers to open word, pdf or excel documents within the body of the job vacancy details.

Employers can also have applications via their own website URL as well as now having 5 screening questions to filter CV applications and auto-reject any unsuitable applications as the candidate applies to a vacancy.

Rugby-jobs.com is the second niche sport recruitment site launched by Efrem Leigh. In April 2006 he launched the first niche site for the football industry called www.football-jobs.com and that site offers the football clubs and governing bodies with an online recruitment platform on which to advertise their job vacancies. Football-jobs.com is also the Official Recruitment Partner to The League Managers Association and powers a jobsearch page on their website at www.leaguemanagers.com.

Efrem first launched a niche ski recruitment website in 2000 called www.voovs.com which has since expanded its offering into other seasonal jobs.
