Role Change for Neil Campbell

Change Recruitment Group has promoted Neil Campbell to Divisional Director of Financial Services Scotland

Change Recruitment Group, one of Scotland's largest independent specialist recruitment solutions providers, has promoted Neil Campbell to Divisional Director of Financial Services Scotland.

Campbell will be responsible for managing the company's 14-strong Financial Services Division in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, as well as its strategic growth.

Having been with Change for eight years, he has held a number of roles within the company; most recently, he was divisional manager.

Commenting on his promotion, Suzanne Ramsay, chief executive of Change Recruitment Group said: Since taking over the management of the Financial Services team last year, Neil has constantly exceeded his budgetary requirements and has out performed the rest of the company. He has grown the investments & pensions group, as well as developing the temporary business and adding banking as a significant income stream. A strong team player and motivator, I have every confidence that Neil will continue the division's major expansion.

With a blue chip client list that includes Standard Life, Royal Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley, Scottish Widows, PricewaterhouseCoopers, SKY and Ernst & Young, Change Recruitment Group underwent a successful management buyout in December 2006, led by Suzanne Ramsay and backed by private equity bank, NBGI.

With offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, the company has 136 consultants working across its four separate divisions and 10 different industry sectors including financial services, HR, legal, accountancy, office support and call centres. The company offers international recruitment and project management of high volume recruitment campaigns (RPO) and the provision of outsourced recruitment services.
