Leading SAP HCM specialist ROC, has today announced a joint venture (JV) with Benelux-based SAP HR consultancy Quintisys to establish a business for the French and Swiss markets. The jointly owned company will be known as ROC France.
ROC France will incorporate an operation that has already been established in Paris by Quintisys. The combined force of the JV will aim to penetrate the French and Swiss markets to help organisations in the region implement the full range of SAPís HCM suite. ROC France is a major step towards ROCís business objective of becoming the largest global SAP HCM specialist by the end of 2008.
In addition to the French initiative, ROC and Quintisys have signed a cooperation agreement denoting their partnership, where Quintisys leads projects conducted in the Benelux region and ROC is the prominent brand for projects in other international locations. The partnership will prove hugely beneficial to ROC and Quintisys clients and partners, as it allows the companies to deepen their specialisation in SAP HCM, provide a broader spectrum of services and have a larger workforce to resource collaborative projects.
