TheSkillsMarket, the company that is making the industry iProfile Compatible, are pleased to announce that Richard Herring, the previous director of Reed Technology Group, has joined the company as Operations Director.
His role will be focused on ensuring that iProfile Compatible companies receive the best possible standards of service.
The iProfile is the only solution that enables recruitment companies to outsource their entire CV processing function and thereafter benefit from CVs being processed within seconds of receipt, core skills being extracted and candidate records being keep up to date over time.
When a candidate sends their CV to an iProfile Compatible agency, an industry standard formatted CV is created, called the iProfile. The iProfile is then presented back to the candidate for them to easily verify and update their skills, work experience and job preferences online.
In the IT sector alone, over 30% of UK recruitment companies are now iProfile Compatible, including 9 of the top 20, and more than 850,000 UK IT professionals own one. The iProfile is also being adopted by other industry sectors, such as finance, engineering, travel, hospitality and HR.
