RewardsPlus today announced its new name ñ RealLife HRSM

The company in benefits management and outsourcing solutions today announced its new name ñ RealLife HRSM

Formerly known as RewardsPlus, the new name more accurately reflects the value RealLife HR and its team of professionals bring to the HR community, according to Gary Broache, RealLife HR president, who unveiled the corporate name change today during a company-wide event at the firmís Hunt Valley, Md. headquarters.

ìThis is an exciting day for the company,î Broache said. ìAs we prepare to celebrate our tenth year in business, we felt this was the ideal time to adjust our name and brand to better connect with our core competency, which is Human Resources.

ìDuring the past 10 years our products have evolved from delivering voluntary benefit services to becoming a leading provider of benefits management and outsourcing solutions,î Broache said. ìWe believe the RealLife HR name is a stronger way of communicating our HR expertise and delivery of services.î

Timothy L. Krongard, CFO, QuestMark Partners, LP and a member of the RealLife HR board of directors said ìThis name better reflects the firmís capabilities and the potential value to their clients. As importantly, RealLife HRís supporting technology is more than up to the demanding and complex HR challenges. Everyone in the firm is fully committed to doing all that it takes to make outsourcing benefits administration successful.î

In conjunction with the name change, the company unveiled a new logo for RealLife HR as well as a newly designed Web site ñ www.reallifehr.com. The company also announced plans to launch a communications campaign targeting the regional business community and HR decision-makers across the nation. The campaign will include increased executive and corporate visibility in the local community as well as with key HR industry trade organizations.

ìTodayís announcement is just the beginning,î Broache told the RealLife HR professionals during todayís announcement event. ìOur customers and prospects will be seeing a lot more of us out in the community and in the industry as we continue to tell the story of how our services can provide so much to the HR industry.î

Operating under the new RealLife HR brand, the companyís products include: RealLife BenefitsSM ñ a suite of Web-based applications and professional services that facilitate employee benefits communication, enrollment and ongoing administration; and RealLife Services ñ a host of outsourcing services designed to help HR delegate time-consuming processes and focus on more strategic HR initiatives.
