Resume mirror releases breakthrough resume processing solution

Online application management service processes its 1,000,000th resume

Resume Mirror, developers of leading-edge recruiting technology components, today announced the release of a new version of the product, Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAM) 1.1, which greatly enhances both the functionality of the product and its value to the end user. Resume Mirror also announced that it has reached a significant milestone with EAM by processing its first million resumes through the service.

Resume Mirror offers EAM as a hosted service to companies that require resume data extraction and processing. EAM is specifically designed to work with existing enterprise recruiting solutions and enables users to: improve the application experience for job seekers by allowing them to submit their existing resume in order to auto-populate online application forms; reduce recruiter workloads by eliminating manual cut & paste from emailed resumes; and allow the automated entry of paper and fax resumes into their systems. EAM allows organizations to manage all the avenues of applicant submission through a single entry point, and can automatically create applicant records in existing recruiting systems. It ensures timely, professional responses to applicants, and can be configured with different applicant processing workflows for different positions.

EAM 1.1 adds significant new functionality including: fax and PO box provisioning as well as service bureau support to handle the paper and fax resume submissions, improved account management and billing; flexible form configuration to allow for custom data capture requirements of customers, improved usage reporting to allow better tracking of each type of submission, and a new email engine which helps prioritize and balance the flow of incoming resumes.

EAM 1.1 is a breakthrough offering for us. For the first time in the industry, Resume Mirror now offers the ability for organizations to combine all their resume processing requirements ñ electronic, fax and paper into one solution that can integrate with their existing systems. Nobody else offers that seamless combination, said Praj Patel, General Manager, Resume Mirror. Achieving the 1 million milestone not only validates the value of this product to our customers, but also the productís robustness. This level of success also proves our business model, which allows customers to pay for EAM using a transaction or utility pricing model, continued Patel.

Commenting on the release of EAM 1.1, Don Darrah, Vice President, Products and Services, Resume Mirror added, The additional functionality offered in EAM 1.1 greatly enhances its flexibility in meeting the real needs of our growing customer base. Rather than have to deal with multiple vendors and outsourced service bureaus, they have a one-stop solution to their resume processing requirements. This in turn deepens the loyalty customers have for Resume Mirror and our online services, and also broadens the productís appeal and application in the market.
